A personal message from the Managing Director:

When I formed the Company back in 1989 I made a promise to myself to strive for excellence in product quaility and customer service. Much has been achieved since those early days. The Company has grown so much over the years that now, 22 years on, the Company is almost unrecognisable. The one thing that has remained constant is the commitment to high quaility and service. As part of this overall commitment, we are certified ISO9001.

If at any time you experience a shortfall in this high quality in either product or service, you are invited to write directly to me with an explanation of the problem. You have my assurance that I will personally deal with it as a matter of priority.

Overall findings from the ISO Auditor (November 2011): -

Process Control (Manufacturing Inspection): A well managed process and effective control, with a high level of commitment from all staff,  no concerns raised.  A credit to the Team.
